Mrs Nosihle P Hlatshwayo started WhiteRose out of a sheer desire to uplift the women in her community of H-Section, Umlazi. Seeing the toll that harsh cleaning chemicals and hard labor took on the hands of local women, she began mixing shea butter and rose oil in her kitchen. This small act of restoration birthed a massive vision.
Today, she leads a multi-department enterprise that proves township businesses can operate with military precision, corporate governance, and unparalleled excellence.
